It’s already February - Valentines Day to be precise!

We’ve had sunshine & 15C temperatures, 50KPH winds, fog, sleet, snow, -5C temperatures, and we’re only 45 days into 2024.

Product development is coming along, bits & bobs have been ordered and assembly will start in earnest (once everything arrives). My workbench the last few days has been a seen of constant activity - sanding, sharpening, polishing, oiling, cutting, measuring, repeat, repeat, repeat. And I love it. But with the warm weather apparently upon us (Met Office for Cambridge is suggesting 10-15C for the next 7 days) - it’s time to start thinking of the great outdoors.

I’ve been approached for some interesting projects; designing & building a garden office / ‘turbo’ room, and designing a new garden kitchen centred around a beloved BBQ. This is exactly where I want my time & energy spent - although I’ve come to enjoy the littler projects that I’ve happened upon along the way.

For now though, the focus remains on completing 2 refurbishment projects - 1 for a client and another very special tool chest that I acquired for eventual resale, and getting my product development work done & dusted (just need those bits & bobs to finally arrive)!
